Is the Jvc Lt-20da6sk a Good TV Hiding Under Just a Poor Design?
With Christmas heading towards us at a “rapid rate of knots” – so to speak, most of us tend to review how well the TV or DVD Players so as not to miss out on all of the TV Films. The following article is to help some of you who might be interested in buying a JVC LT-20DA6SK make up your mind.
Getting a new television for the home is a major purchase nowadays. Spending what could be a considerable amount of cash should make you think seriously about what is essentially a major domestic investment.
Given the way technology changes it is essential to try and make sure that your purchase is relatively future-proof.
The latest telecommunication system for broadcasting moving pictures and sound is known as Digital television (DTT) and as the name implies this relies upon the transmission and reception of digital signals as opposed to the more conventional analogue formats. The JVC has 2 (1 RGB) scarts and the type and number of Multimedia interfaces the LT-20DA6SK uses is HDMI and no connections are available. The type of Tuner for this TV is Analogue and Digital and the JVC is available from a wide variety of outlets.
So given this information, what would be our view of the JVC LT-20DA6SK?
Well to start with our score for the picture quality is 10 out of 10, and for the sound quality we would rate it at 8 out of 10. Taking a look at the number of relevant connections and their availability, our score would be 6 out of 10. With regards to the overall level of features, our view would be 6 out of 10 if we then take a look at the ease of use and overall value for money then our scores would be, 8 out of 10 and 6 out of 10 respectively.
The overall verdict would be that there may well be a good TV hiding under the naff design and exterior and even more so now that it has come down inprice to make it even more appealing.
The fact is that given the wide variety of models and makes available today you should find something that suites your needs as well as your wallet.

How do I make a timer for a picture?
I have a GR DVL510 camcorder and i wanted to take timed pictures so that way when i took family pictures i could be in them! But i cant really find how, either on the remote or the camcorder itself (is it even possible from the camcorder only?) because i think i lost the remote. Thank you very much!

There's no timer, but you can have it in record mode & push the red button on the remote while in the picture & it will start recording. I can't read the remote, but if there's a button marked "shutter" or "picture" that will trigger it.
If there's a "photo" setting, the record button may also act as a shutter button in that mode.
