Tap Water Purifier Filter - Why You Need One
A tap water purifier or water filter is something you probably hadn't heard much about until recently. With all of the stories about contamination in our water reservoir system have you considered getting a tap water filter? If you’ve taken to drinking bottled water since the scare began a tap water purifier can save you a ton of money. Then you can simply bottle the water yourself.
A good water tap filter is a far better option for assuring that your water is pure than buying bottled water is. The best containers for water are made of glass, because there is nothing in the glass that can possibly leach of into the water. There are some good sets that even feature carrying cases with handles for easy and safe transport. Now back to what kind of tap water purifier that you need to get.

The very next feature that you want to look at is a sub micron filter for killing biological contaminants. Last but not least is an ion exchange for copper and lead that leach off the pipes.

Does Glass Filter UVB Rays?
What are you UVB Rays, and do regular windows filter them?
UVB rays are a type of ultraviolet solar radiation (sunlight). UVB rays are shorter wavelength than UVA rays.
Glass windows block UVB rays, but are ineffective against UVA rays.
